1. Consultation Services
All astrology consultations, including Vedic Astrology, Kundli Analysis, Vastu Guidance, Numerology, Tarot Guidance and other personalized consultations, are provided after payment and appointment confirmation.
Due to the personalized nature of these services, payments made for a completed consultation are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request a rescheduling by contacting us in advance.
Rescheduling requests should preferably be made at least 12–24 hours before the scheduled consultation, subject to availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in situations such as:

Payment was successfully deducted but the booking was not confirmed.

Duplicate payment was made accidentally.

The consultation could not be provided due to a technical or operational issue from our side.

Any other situation specifically approved by our support team.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice.

5. Digital Reports & Personalized Services
If a personalized astrology report, Kundli analysis, consultation report or other digital service has already been prepared or delivered, the payment may be considered non-refundable, as the service has already been customized for the customer.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
